Mepaco pre-slicing ham molds have the exclusive spring tension cover that occupies no space inside the mold prior to cooking, so the entire mold can be filled with meat. The end result is perfect for high-speed slicers: smooth and flawless...never wet or ragged...without air pockets. Construction includes 12 and 14 gauge stainless steel with heavy metal guards to protect the mold from dents and deformities. Standard passivated finish adds to the corrosion resistance for long-lasting durability.
