The Mepaco — Enhancers PMA consists of a sensor, weigh conveyor and control system that together enable consistent and reliable inline analysis of ground meat
Continuous, Uninterrupted Production - There's no longer a need to stop operations for manual testing. With this system, fresh or frozen meat is sent through the pre-grinder and discharged onto the conveyor where it is simultaneously measured for fat, moisture and temperature before entering the blender.
The measurements are instantly fed into the controller where the monitor specifies what type of lean-to-fat meat needs to be added. At this time any adjustments can be done before the blender saving possible waste in time and ingredients.
When the batch reaches its intended lean-to-fat ratio, the system automatically shuts off.
