From the outset, the Model 170 ThermaBlend™ was developed to be a superior thermal processing solution with excellent cooking, cooling and blending characteristics. Our equipment is constructed by ASME Certified Welders, delivering long lasting reliability even after years of stress from large-scale cooking and cooling applications. Available in single or double agitator configurations, the ThermaBlend™ is perfectly suited for cooking, searing, caramelizing, chilling, sauteing and blending.

Productivity
  • Our wrap-around steam jacket provides up to 50% more heat transfer area than hemispherical kettles or other conventional jacketed cookers.
  • Unique agitator designs provide quick homogeneous blending while minimizing shear.
  • A durable, bidirectional scraper system keeps the heat exchange surface clean, minimizing burn-on while optimizing heat transfer.

Heat Jackets
  • Our unique wrap-around heat jacket delivers consistent heat via steam, water or even oil. The increased heat surface area can reduce cooking times while cooking product thoroughly and evenly.
Patent Pending Scraper System
  • Our low cost, reliable scraper system minimizes burn-on. The scrapers are built to last and are quickly and easily replaced.
Equipment Control Options
  • Full featured cooker with batch control and data acquisition. System utilizes a desktop PC with touch screen which enables unlimited storage ability for batches and data acquisition.

  • Mepaco Offers Many Agitation Options: Ribbon, Paddle, Split Ribbons and Thermo-Screws.
