Excellent double mixing system is perfectly suited to prepare brines composed largely of dry substances without clots which are often the most frequent cause of clogged injector needless.
An efficient centrifugal pump forces the liquid cycle to efficiently introduce dry substances into the brine. The double mixing system quickly obtains a homogenous brine solution.
Precisely calibrated container helps maintain proportions during brine preparing. The cone-shaped bottom allows users to quickly and completely drain the brine. Mounted centrifugal pump allows the mixed brine to be transported anywhere in the factory.
The brine cooling system is used to store mixed brines. The cooled jacket and container bottom quickly achieve the required temperature and the highly efficient insulation jacket minimizes energy costs.
Acid resistant steel construction resists corrosion, even in high salt mixtures. Simple construction enables quick and effective washing of all mixer components.
